Our culture

Commitment to community and maintaining a code of values is vital to the work we perform. Business is more than making money. Business is about relationships and every relationship requires understanding, honesty, and earnest communication. Relationships are about people and we are in the business of people. At Concepts Worldwide our commitment to people begins personally with each individual on our team and extends professionally with every interaction. Below you will find our statement of values; A set of values we adopted many years ago, serving as a clear guidepost for all of our relationships, within our internal team and most importantly with YOU, our clients, our partners, and vendors.

Treat others With uncompromising truth

Make truth a habit in matters large and small. For truth is the indispensable ingredient in all lasting relationships and the foundation of virtue. Without virtue, there is no starting point.

Lavish trust on your associates

Trust is a gift to give and a gift to receive. Its bounds have no limits when given openly without reservation or condition. If you search for trust, look no further than yourself. To receive trust, you must extend it first.

Mentor unselfishly

Mentoring is the art of teaching and befriending others. It is the essence of unselfish service. Those touched by another's caring enjoy self-esteem and personal growth. The mentor also benefits from the act - gaining insight, purpose and vision.

Be receptive to new ideas, regardless of their origin

New ideas stir from every corner. They show up disguised innocently as interruptions, contradictions and embarrassing dilemmas. Beware of those who shower you with comfortable sameness, and remain open to those who make you uneasy, for they may be the true messengers of the future.

Take risks for the organization's sake

Taking risks for the organization's sake means acting on one's beliefs or stepping forward with new ideas, whether or not they are popular. People share valuable information with the group in order to protect and support the organization.

Give credit where it's due

When we take advantage of history's long view of success, we honor the power of individual contribution within the team. This one single act, the celebration of the individual contributor, has meant the difference throughout the ages. And if we are to learn one lesson in life, be it this one - all human beings have the potential to be great and do great things.

Honor all relationships with honesty

Honesty is a simple ideal, fragile at best. A lifetime of good works can go puff in the wind at a moment's neglect. Honesty does not come from the grand play, but a series of small, undistinguished acts on strangers, unviewed by others. It is how we treat strangers and friends alike which determines our honesty at work, in our community and at home.

Put the interests of others before your own

Selfless behavior involves embracing a philosophy that represents another person's interest before our own. This approach frees us from self-absorption, excessive ambition and personal agendas. When we root for another's success and well being, we exemplify the highest ideals.
